Your monthly auto payment begins on the date of purchase. Your next auto payment will be debited 30 days from the date of purchase each month until your membership is cancelled.

Thermal Therapy (Sauna, Cold plunge, or Fire & Ice) sessions cannot be shared OR transferred.

Thermal Therapy credits DO NOT ROLL OVER - services must be used in your 30 day billing cycle

Massage/Acupuncture Membership credits roll over and can be used up to 90 days, after which benefits expire.

Massage/Acupuncture vouchers that are rolled over from the previous month(s) may be shared with anyone new to Rooted Method or a direct family member.

Should you cancel your membership, your massage/acupuncture vouchers will remain on your account for 90 days, at which time they will be removed from your account. Sauna, cold plunge, and Fire and Ice memberships credits expire the date the membership is cancelled. Credits do not rollover and cannot be shared.

We require 30 days written notice to cancel all memberships. Just send us an email at hello@rootedmethodspa.com stating your full name and phone number and we will ensure your membership is cancelled within 30 days. (We can not cancel memberships without a written statement, and since we don’t like to generate paper waste, email is the best option! Thank you!)

FOR MASSAGE + BODYWORK SERVICES INCLUDING REIKI, MASSAGE, REFLEXOLOGY, ACUPUNCTURE, SOUND HEALING, ETC. - WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST 24 HOURS NOTICE IF A GUEST CANNOT JOIN US FOR THIS RESERVATION. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE 24 HOURS CANCELLATION, WE WILL FOLLOW THE PROTOCOL BELOW:

FOR RESERVATIONS CANCELLED BEFORE THE 24-HOUR WINDOW, NO CHARGE APPLIES.

FOR RESERVATIONS CANCELLED LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THEIR SERVICE, THE CLIENT WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE RESERVATION. THIS PAYMENT WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE.

THERMAL THERAPY (SAUNA, COLD PLUNGE, + FIRE & ICE APPOINTMENTS: WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 4 HOURS’ NOTICE IF A GUEST CANNOT JOIN US FOR THEIR SCHEDULED RESERVATION.

FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 4 HOURS OF THE RESERVATION, OR IF A CLIENT FAILS TO APPEAR FOR THEIR RESERVATION, THE CLIENT WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL SERVICE PRICE TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE.

NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF SERVICE.

THIS IS TO HELP COMPENSATE OUR STAFF FOR MISSED WAGES.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS ON CANCELLATION/NO SHOW FEES.
